★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten findet man einen Ort wo alles so ist wie man es sich vorstellt. In einem wunderbar gemütlichen Ambiente würde ich hier durch 3 Gänge vielseitiger und ansprechender Kulinarik geführt, begleitet von angenehmer Musik und einem ausgesprochen freundlichen Inhaber. Ein Glücksgriff.
 You rarely find a place where everything is as you imagine it. In a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, I would be led through 3 courses of varied and appealing cuisine, accompanied by pleasant music and a very friendly owner. A stroke of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was für eine gelungene Stil-Symbiose aus einst und heute. Das Ambiente vom Faber am Bischof Faber Platz im 18ten überzeugt voll und ganz, da hat Marius Olariu voll ins Schwarze getroffen. Hut ab. Die Speisekarte ist kurz und knackig auf Galettes und Crepes reduziert. Voll OK, aber ob dieses Angebot der Kundschaft im Sinne eines Neighborhood-Lokals entspricht muss natürlich der Chef entscheiden. Potenzial zur Entfaltung gerade in dieser Gegend ist mit Sicherheit vorhanden. Ich drücke alle Daumen, gerade in dieser Zeit und erlaube mir wieder mal auf einen Besuch anzuhalten.
What a successful style symbiosis from then and now. The atmosphere of the Faber at Bischof Faber Platz in the 18th is completely convincing, and Marius Olariu hit the bull's eye. Hats off. The menu is short and crisp, reduced to galettes and crepes. Fully OK, but whether this offer corresponds to the clientele in the sense of a neighborhood eatery must of course be decided by the boss. There is certainly potential for development in this area in particular. I keep my fingers crossed, especially at this time, and allow myself to stop for a visit again.
