Das Capri - Praterstraße 44-46

Decent place to stay for a few nights. Das Capri was clean, welcoming, and well-lit. They had a great staff and a really nice, above-average breakfast. Approaching trendy in style, with renovations both at the hotel and at the shop next door throughout the entirety of our stay. Unfortunately the combination of the two was very noisy. The hotel was aware renovations would be going on but decided not to let it's customers know prior to their reserved arrival. For whatever reason, that didn't sit well with me. We also stayed in a street facing room on the second level of the hotel. The street noise added to an already noisy environment. Fortunately everything died down later into the evening so it was possible to sleep through the night. This hotel is not particularly close to anything. That's not so bad as there are some local, authentic restaurants nearby. About a 15 minute walk to nearby attractions.

We stayed for three nights and we could only say that the hotel is amazing. The staff is professional and really helpful especially when they explained us how to go to the airport and those working in the morning shift at the breakfast room are amazing and up for a small chat. We stayed in well kept room,clean and cozy. And it was tidied everyday. I must say that the breakfast is wonderful and can please every need a person might have. Therefore this hotel is amazing and worth what you spend and, the staff is great.

Super clean, and the staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast was gorgeous.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room, the breakfast was amazing, very good food. Good location, close to metro stations. Would definately recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from 4-7/11/21. Upon arrival, Pavel, member of the Welcome Crew, was very kind, flexible and made us already feel like home. During our stay he helped us a lot with anything we asked. We were 2 couples so we had 2 rooms with balconies. Except from the bathrooms which are a little bit small but they contain everything you need, the rooms are very spacious, lovely furnished and cleaned every day with care for every detail!. The rooms" environment is chemical-free!. Everything inside is bio :coffee ,candies... Each hotel's floor has got its history and each room its name dedicated to a famous austrian personality. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected surprise for us. Because of covid 19 almost everything was presented and served in individual portions: cheese ,beacon, salads and more. That needs a lot of time and people loving their work. Mr Ibrahim, the supervisor and Steffi guided us explaining everything on the buffet, so we tasted the viennese soul food. We highly recommend Das Capri hotel ( soon Henriette stadthotel) for its hospitality and its central location with the underground right in front. We appreciated staying at a family-run, indipendent private hotel where people care about clients and the environment, keeping up with the motto::" Live well feel good" Kalkanis family, Greece, Athens

Unfortunately I didn't have the possibility to stay at Henriette Stadthotel due to the latest national lockdown in Austria. Despite this, I would like to make a very positive review since I have received at home a package from the Hotel with an hand written postcard and a little gift (homemade cereals), to welcome us back as soon as possible. I have really appreciated their kindness, customer care and of course the cereals, that were very good! I will definetely book again! Marzia
