Habe dann dort angerufen und die dame war sehr freundlich. Ich konnte gleich in zwei Tagen einziehen und die kleine Wohnung war picobello! I immediately needed an apartment in Graz and found it by chance on the internet. I didn't know the company and was skeptical. I then called there and the lady was very friendly. I was able to move in in two days and the small apartment was spotless!

Ist den Preis auf jeden Fall Wert. Very nice apartment, the concept is a good mix of hotel and apartment - all freedom, but you don't have to worry about anything! Definitely worth the price.

The apartment was on the top floor in downtown Graz. It was beautiful, I felt like I was in the hotel. The price was relatively good, € 320 for 7 days + final cleaning € 79.

Ich hab diesmal hier gemietet und es war doch um einiges günstiger im Vergleich. Die Lage super zentral und sehr schön eingerichtet. Nachteil: es keine Rezeption vor Ort, aber dafür hatte ich eine eigene Wohnung statt einem Hotelzimmer. I often have to go to Vienna by the week for my job, even the cheap hotels are still very expensive. I rented here this time and it was a lot cheaper in comparison. The location is super central and very nicely decorated. Disadvantage: there is no reception on site, but I had my own apartment instead of a hotel room.
