Anfangs begeistert, leider später sehr enttäuscht Vermutlich nur etwas für Bobos und Anzugträger. Keine Empfehlung. 2 great technicians and an arrogant and unfriendly boss. Man muss ihnen damit man seinen Laptop (So wie in meinem Fall) wieder bekommt hinterher zu telefonieren. Keiner hat sich bei mir gemeldet oder eine Frist gegeben wann er fertig sein würde. Nachdem ich mein Gerät abholen wollte gaben sie mir nur die Hälfte meines Ladekabels und als ich nach der andren Hälfte fragte, behaupteten sie ich hätte es zuhause und würde nur ein zweites Kabel haben wollen... das ist eine Frechheit sowas einen Zahlenden kunden vorzuwerfen... Auch als mein Gerät (was dort erworben wurde und in einem Jahr schon mehrer Schäden trotz guter Behandlung hatte) einen offensichtlichen schaden bei den Lüftern hat, wurde es gekonnt ignoriert und nicht repartiert. Beim zweiten Mal als sich nichts am Zustand veränderte, haben sie den Fehler gefunden und Eingeschickt... Advice and support for customers is actually not available. You have to call them so that you can get your laptop (like in my case) back afterwards. Nobody contacted me or gave me a deadline when they would be finished. After I wanted to pick up my device they only gave me half of my charging cable and when I asked about the other half, they claimed I had it at home and would only want a second cable ... that's a cheek to accuse a paying customer of that. .. Even when my device (which was purchased there and had several damage in one year despite good treatment) had obvious damage to the fans, it was skilfully ignored and not repaired. The second time nothing changed, they found the error and sent it in ...
