Möchte mich auch nochmals bei Frau Schreiegg bedanken für den netten Kontakt und raschen Abwicklung über die Emails bei der Bestellung meiner Uhr. Kann die Boutique Dallinger nur empfehlen.Werde sicher wieder kommen und freue mich auf weitere Geschäfte und definitiv als Kunde treu bleiben.
 Got my watch on 09/10/21 and was warmly welcomed and given great advice. I would also like to thank Ms. Schreiegg again for the nice contact and quick processing of the emails when ordering my watch. I can only recommend the boutique Dallinger. Will definitely come again and look forward to further business and definitely remain loyal as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute durfte ich endlich meine Uhr abholen. Als noch relativ junger Rolexträger wurde ich bei den meisten Händlern quasi gar nicht beachtet, oder sogar belächelt. Ganz anders bei Dallinger. Die Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und der Service waren wirklich spitze - egal ob zur Abholung einer Uhr, oder nur zu einem kurzen, freundlichen Gespräch.
Ich werde definitiv nirgendwo anders mehr eine Rolex kaufen als dort!
Today I was finally able to pick up my watch. As a relatively young Rolex wearer, most dealers ignored me or even smiled at me. Quite different with Dallinger. The friendliness, professionalism and the service were really great - whether to pick up a watch or just for a short, friendly conversation.
I will definitely not buy a Rolex anywhere else than there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I was in the area yesterday shopping gifts. Every country we travel to I buy the whole family watches of their choice because time is precious and we should cherish it. Rolex was decided on for our Salzburg trip, but when I arrived at this store the door was locked literally in my face and the greeter at the door stared at me through the glass. This is after a tourist went and in and out like three times. The feeling of rudeness was felt toward me and my family and I will never do business here at this store. He ruined someone's sizable commission because I am blessed to have a family of eight, none of us settle for anything less than excellence. This stores service on 17.6.2016 was far from that......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took in an old Submariner for bracelet repair, was less expensive than it would have been in the US, turnaround was fast, staff was extremely pleasant. A few weeks later, I took a recently purchased second-hand Yachtmaster in for assessment, they determined on the spot that the watch was not in suitable condition (failed all tests). I was able to return the Yachtmaster; they saved me thousands. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the day that I reward myself with something special. I bought an Explorer II today as my first Rolex buying experience. It was great at first as the store had the exact model I had been looking for for a few years.
When it came time to purchase they ran my card and it was declined twice. Easy enough to say I was embarrassed knowing I had the money. We called the card company and they saw no issues with the card. After 30 minutes of problem solving and worryIng, the card company asked to run it on a different machine.
Instantly the card was accepted and the transaction was done. At this point I was relieved and glad it was over with. Not exactly the experience I had hoped for.
The worst part was that they never even apologized for it being their fault.
Terrible service and first experience with Rolex.
Ps. This is not my first time buying a high end watch.

I was waiting on the street for my wife. Not even near the shop.
A lady having more body fat than what is considered healthy, came out, pointed her phone camera exactly at me and took pictures of me, as I was standing on the other side of the Rathauspatz.
They called the police on me, because I was waiting on the street.
They didn't even apologize.
Avoid those rude creatures.
Why didn't they ask me?
I feel this is extremely discriminative, as nothing prohibits waiting for someone in a public place.

I tried to contact them, giving them a chance to explain their behaviour and say 'sorry', but nothing.
I only heard from the police officer, that they believe I was preparing a robbery...
Even the assumption is offensive to me, as I have always lived an exemplary, honest life.
