Auftrag wurde vorab besprochen, vor Ort besichtigt und die Durchführung zugesagt. Betr. Terminvereinbarung zur Durchführung würde man sich anschließend melden. Es wurde, nachdem dies nicht erfolgte, annähernd 2 Wochen lang erfolglos versucht, telefonisch mit der Firma in Kontakt zu treten. Schlussendlich, nach mehr als zwei Wochen kam eine SMS, dass die Arbeiten aus Kapazitätsgründen nicht durchgeführt werden können. Selbst ein unmittelbar auf die SMS folgender Rückruf blieb unbeantwortet. Very unreliable company! By telephone, despite agreement never reached - callback was also not! The ggst.
