Ich habe noch nie solch dreiste Vermieter gehabt und möchte daher Unwissende warnen in die gleiche Falle zu tappen.
Alles was vor dem Einzug mĂŒndlich versprochen wurde, wurde einfach nicht eingehalten und als ich darauf hingewiesen habe bekam man nur ein abweisendes âPech gehabt, das steht nicht im Mietvertrag!â
Viele der Wohnungen hatten Schimmel und das war dem Vermieter auch egal. Da hieĂ es nur: âSelber Schuld wenn du falsch lĂŒftest.â
Jedes Jahr gab es utopische Nachzahlung von 800-1300⏠die absolut nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Ich finde es unglaublich, dass das ĂŒberhaupt erlaubt ist.
In einem Wohnblock von ca. 20 Wohnungen sind nach 2 Jahren fast alle Mieter wieder ausgezogen.
Attention rip-off!!
I have never had such bold landlords and would therefore like to warn the ignorant to fall into the same trap.
Everything that was verbally promised before moving in was simply not kept and when I pointed this out, you only got a dismissive "Tough luck, that's not in the rental contract!"
Many of the apartments had mold and the landlord didn't care. It was just: "It's your own fault if you ventilate the wrong way."
Every year there were utopian additional payments of 800-1300⏠which are absolutely incomprehensible. I find it incredible that this is even allowed.
In a block of flats with around 20 apartments, almost all of the tenants have moved out again after 2 years.
