Die Beratung und Erledigung meines Anliegens erfolgte schnell, ausführlich, informativ und entsprechend freundlich.
1 point deducted because of the waiting time in the citizen service which was a bit long at 45 minutes.
The advice and handling of my request was quick, detailed, informative and accordingly friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche und kompetente Damen am Pass Amt haben heute in Sekunden die ID-Austria für meine Töchter ausgestellt. Als es die Handysignatur noch gab, dauerte das gefühlt Stunden und man musste zu den obskursten Dienststellen pilgern. - Ich fühle mich an Magistrat Linz gut betreut!
Very friendly and competent ladies at the passport office issued the ID-Austria for my daughters in seconds today. When the cell phone signature still existed, it felt like hours and you had to make a pilgrimage to the most obscure offices. - I feel well looked after at the Linz City Administration!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War hier im Nebengebäude FSME und Tetanus impfen. Kurze Wartezeiten , sehr gut organisiert. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Weiter so!
Was vaccinating TBE and tetanus here in the outbuilding. Short waiting times, very well organized. Friendly and courteous staff. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The façade and entire style of the building is interesting. Much more detail could be seen from the Rudolfstrasse. When passing by, and if the weather is alright, stop by to climb up the stairs to see the Linzer Altstadt, Tuna and Freinberg.
