Denke für 50€ kann man schon bisschen mehr erwarten. Komme nicht wieder Was in the pedicure, unfortunately, the lady had a lot of stress why always .. Lackierung has become nice had french gel.jedoch the Fußpflege itself was not properly made .. because she probably did not have enough time. Preisleistungsverhältnis ?? Think for 50 € you can expect a little more. Do not come back

Ich weiß, dass die meisten denken werden, dass diese Rezension eine falsche wäre. Ich muss euch enttäuschen! Das hier ist ganz und gar die Wahrheit, ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut beraten gefühlt. Die Produkte die ich gekauft habe sind einwandfrei. Ich bin begeistert! :-) NO LIE !! : 0 I have never met such a friendly, helpful and nice saleswoman. I know most will think this review was a wrong one. I have to disappoint you! This is absolutely the truth, I felt very comfortable and well advised. The products I bought are flawless. I'm excited! :-)

Letztens wurde mir ein dickflüssigeres Gel (50,- ist ja nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen) angeboten, das zwar um 10,- teurer, als das welches ich schon Jahre verwende ist, aber angeblich auch besser. Das Gel hat nicht einmal einen Tag an den Ecken der Nägel gehalten und springt ab, obwohl ich nur auf dem Keyboard getippt habe. Ich wollte das Gel auf mein herkömmliches Gel umtauschen, was aber abgelehnt, und mir Unfähigkeit beim Auftragen unterstellt wurde. Also so sieht Kundenservice nicht aus. Wenn ich Null Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich das tun. Musste feststellen, dass man in diesem Shop auch nur auf Abzocke aus ist. Kundenbindung sieht anders aus. Aber es gibt ja auch noch andere Shops. Danke, Crystal Nails hat mich das letzte Mal gesehen. I WAS a long-standing and satisfied customer until now. Recently I was offered a thicker gel (50, - is not exactly a bargain), which is 10, - more expensive than the one I've been using for years, but supposedly also better. The gel didn't even stick to the corners of the nails for a day and pops off, even though I was only typing on the keyboard. I wanted to exchange the gel for my conventional gel, but this was refused and it was assumed that I was unable to apply it. So that's not how customer service looks. If I could give zero stars, I would. Had to find out that this shop is only looking for rip-offs. Customer loyalty looks different. But there are also other shops. Thank you, Crystal Nails saw me last.

Was ein wenig merkwürdig erscheint: wenn im gleichen Geschäftsraum, in dem der Bedarf für Naildesigner angeboten und von diesen gekauft wird, Naildesign und Maniküre wie in einem Nagelstudio angeboten wird. Weiters nicht positiv - immerhin ist das ein Großhandel bzw Anbieter vom Bedarf für Nagelstudios - sind die Packungsgrößen bzw Inhaltsmengen (wie für privaten Selbst- und Heimbedarf) bei Sachen, die Profis in großen Mengen (weil für jeden Kunden) brauchen Good advice, compliance with the Covid rules (mask), rather high-priced, and unfortunately a lot of things that you choose and buy based on samples are not available. What seems a little strange: when nail design and manicure is offered in the same business space in which the needs for nail designers are offered and bought by them as in a nail salon. Also not positive - after all, this is a wholesaler or supplier of supplies for nail salons - are the pack sizes or contents (such as for private self and home use) for things that professionals need in large quantities (because for every customer)
