Sehr sympatisch , fachlich ein unglaubliches Wissen und mit seiner Leidenschaft zum Sport motiviert und inspiriert er alle in seinen Kursen. Sein Trainer Team ist abgestimmt und harmoniert zusammen. - absolute Empfehlung meiner seits, für jede / jeden , egal welcher Altersgruppe , Vorkenntnisse oder auch nicht, es wird individuell auf jeden/ jede eingegangen ob körperliche Defizite , kleine Wehwechen die gewisse Übungen nicht ermöglichen, es wird auf jeden abgestimmt um seine Ziele zu erreichen. Ob Sportmuffel oder Sportbegeisteter , in diesen Gruppenkursen motiviert man sich gegenseitig und bringt Höchstleistungen. Also schaut vorbei , macht euch ein Probetraining aus und macht euch selbst ein Bild davon. Schön das es so etwas in Leibnitz/Gralla gibt, Lage ist top, dirket neben der A9. Feedback: - by far one of the most beautiful and well-maintained Crossfit boxes - Top equipped, top equipment, everything up to date - Design of the hours, workouts / units with the highest quality, constant progress is pre-programmed -to box owner / CF coach / drill instructor Markus Stieber one can only say absolute competence that one does not doubt. Very personable, unbelievable technical knowledge and with his passion for sport he motivates and inspires everyone in his courses. His trainer team is coordinated and harmonizes together. - Absolute recommendation on my part, for everyone, no matter what age group, previous knowledge or not, everyone will be dealt with individually whether physical deficits, small ailments that do not allow certain exercises, it is tailored to everyone in order to achieve their goals . Whether you are not a sports enthusiast or a sports enthusiast, in these group courses you motivate each other and achieve top performance. So take a look, make a trial training session and get an idea of it for yourself. Nice that there is something like this in Leibnitz / Gralla, the location is great, right next to the A9.

A	Adriana Ortner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte mir niemals gedacht, dass Sport so anstrengend sein kann und zur selben Zeit so viel Spaß machen kann! :) Es wird wirklich auf die Bedürfnisse jedes einzelnen eingegangen, egal wie sportlich oder alt man ist, jeder kann mitmachen! I never thought that exercise could be so exhausting and at the same time be so much fun! :) The needs of each individual are really catered for, no matter how sporty or old you are, everyone can participate!

Drop-In verlief unkompliziert, gleich nach ein paar Minuten eine Antwort bekommen auf die Anfrage. Nette Leute, guter Kaffee, wir sehen uns wieder! Southern Styria has a fine new box here! Something for the eye, really spacious, but not too "hall-like". Drop-in was uncomplicated, an answer to the request was received immediately after a few minutes. Nice people, good coffee, see you again!
