Hervorzuheben ist das Augenmerk der Coaches auf korrekte Ausführung der Übung und ständige Anpassung an das jeweilige Level. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen.
Top coaches and top training. Who wants to do real CrossFit is here in the right place. Here know-how meets motivation, fun and community feeling. To emphasize is the attention of the coaches on correct execution of the exercise and constant adjustment to the respective level. I can only recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor 3 Jahren bin ich nichts ahnend zu einem Probetraining zu Crossfit Gravel Pit gegangen. Ich kannte niemanden, aber habe mir gedacht ich schau mir das mal an. Vom ersten Moment an bekommt man die gute Community zu spüren und die lässt einen nicht mehr los.
Nun, 3 Jahre später, bin ich noch immer motiviert wie am ersten Tag.
1 Stunde Kopf frei bekommen, ein guter Ausgleich zum sonst sehr stressigen Alltag. Das Programm steht, der Coach feuert an/ bessert aus und die Community trägt den Rest dazu bei.

3 years ago I went to Crossfit Gravel Pit for a trial session without realizing it. I didn't know anyone but thought I'd check it out. From the first moment you can feel the good community and it won't let you go.
Now, 3 years later, I'm still as motivated as I was on day one.
Clear your head for 1 hour, a good balance to the otherwise very stressful everyday life. The program is set, the coach cheers on / improves and the community contributes the rest.
