Vorab einen Ersatzwagen vereinbart, dann vor Ort mit Mühe den letzten bekommen 'Ja, da müssen wir erst schauen ob das geht'. Von einer Reparatur innerhalb der Garantie erfuhr ich erst mit dem Anruf, dass die Teile jetzt da seien. Preislich zudem auch nicht günstig, und damit nach Ende der Neuwagen Garantie voraussichtlich mein letzter Besuch. Most of the service staff are friendly, but everything seems rather disorganized. A replacement car was agreed in advance, then it was difficult to get the last one on site 'Yes, we have to see if that works'. I only heard of a repair within the guarantee when I called that the parts were now there. Also not cheap in terms of price, and therefore probably my last visit after the end of the new car guarantee.

J	Josef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als bei der Heimreise aus unserem Urlaub unser Fiat Wohnmobil plötzlich den Geist aufgab, wurden wir vom Öamtc zur Fa. Puntinger geschleppt. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit, kümmerte man sich um unser Problem, das kurzfristig nicht gelöst werden konnte. Der kompetente Meister fand am nächsten Tag den Fehler und tauschte die defekte Pumpe. Nach ca. 1 Woche, es waren einige Zusatzarbeiten nötig, konnte ich das Wohnmobil abholen und alles funktioniert tadellos. Ich wurde von allen Mitarbeitern sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Diese Werkstatt kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Ich würde wiederkommen, wenn nicht 200km zu fahren wären. When our Fiat motorhome suddenly gave up on the way home from our vacation, we were dragged by the Öamtc to the Puntinger company. After a short waiting time, they took care of our problem, which could not be solved at short notice. The competent foreman found the fault the next day and replaced the defective pump. After about 1 week, some additional work was necessary, I was able to pick up the motorhome and everything works perfectly. I was served very friendly and courteously by all employees. I can recommend this workshop 100%. I would come back if it weren't for 200km to drive.

Einige Tage später hatte ich ein Reifenproblem und bat um kurze Hilfe ... nope, das ging mal gar nicht. Absolut unzufrieden mit dem 'Service' - wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann und heute ein Anruf, es werden mir noch 25€ nachverrechnet!!???? Because of a Hyundai return campaign, I decided to commission a company based in Leoben and have the service done there, after which I was 360 € easier. A few days later I had a tire problem and asked for a little help ... nope, that didn't work at all. Absolutely dissatisfied with the 'service' - if you can even call it that and a call today, I will be charged 25 € !! ????

Sehr unfreundlich und an Kompetenz fehlt es leider auch! Glühstift Reparatur nicht zum empfehlen!! Had a repair to change the glow plug.
