Heute Morgen habe ich vergessen, die Dauerparkkarte mitzunehmen.
Daher bei der Einfahrt höflich gefragt, ob eine Ausnahme möglich wäre, zumal ich mit Namen ja als Dauerparker gemeldet bin bzw aufliege.
Provokante Antwort durch die Gegensprechanlage: kein Problem, ziehen Sie ein Ticket und bezahlen es bei der Ausfahrt!
Hammer - auf diese Idee wäre ich nicht gekommen, ich hab allerdings keine Lust für einen Arbeitstag irgendwas zwischen 10.- und 20.-€ zu bezahlen, wenn ich eine Dauerkarte besitze, die ich zum ersten Mal seit Anmeldung vergessen habe.
Also Ticket gezogen, reingefahren, die Runde gedreht und bei der Ausfahrt beim Contipark Häuschen stehengeblieben.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt glaubte ich noch an die Wirksamkeit des höflichen und persönlichen Gesprächs....
Der Mitarbeiter wiederholte fast exakt wie eine tibetanische Gebetsmühle den Sachverhalt, den er vorher via Gegensprechanlage ausgeführt hatte. Absolute Nulltoleranz.
Auf meine Bemerkung dass Kundenservice anders aussieht, kam die freche Meldung ‚ja das sehen Sie vielleicht so‘ zurück.
Natürlich sehe ich das so, ich bin ja auch der geschasste Kunde - eine typische Nobrainer Antwort.

Great - I wouldn't have thought of this, but I don't want to pay anything between € 10 and € 20 for a working day if I have a season ticket that I forgot for the first time since I registered.

At that point, I still believed in the effectiveness of the polite and personal conversation ....
The employee repeated the situation almost exactly like a Tibetan prayer wheel, which he had previously carried out via the intercom. Absolute zero tolerance.
When I said that customer service looks different, the cheeky message 'yes you might see it that way' came back.
Of course I see it that way, I am also a sham customer - a typical Nobrainer answer.
