Genügend Platz, angenehm zu fahren---- habe mich schon gefreut ! ABER beim Abholen meines Fahrzeugs - nach weniger als 2 Stunden- habe ich norgedrungen den Eingang Auhofstraße- Wiener Wohnen benützen müssen, Ein Kasten hängt dort- keine Anweisung, keine Anleitung ... schmecks.... niemand den man fragen könnte, wie man die Garargentür öffnet.Nachdem sich durch Vorhalten meines Tickets nichts bewegte, habe ich mein Ticket in einen unbeschrifteten Schlitz darunter gesteckt- und das wars dann. Es kam nicht zurück. Hilfsknopf gedrückt... mehrmals---, dann eine freundliche Anweisung bekommen dass ich freundlicherweise NUR 12. 90 E. für 2 Stunden zahlen müsse. Vielleicht wäre eine Anweisung ,wohin man das Ticket schieben oder vorhalten soll... sehr hilfreich ! Oder besteht genau darin die Methode ? I am 78 years old and today - my physiotherapy is in Hietzing for the first time - used this parking garage. Enough space, comfortable to drive - I was already happy! BUT when I picked up my vehicle - after less than 2 hours - I had to use the entrance Auhofstrasse- Wiener Wohnen, a box hangs there- no instructions, no instructions ... tastes .... nobody you could ask how to do The garage door opens. After holding my ticket in front of me nothing moved, I put my ticket in an unlabeled slot underneath - and that's it. It didn't come back. Help button pressed ... several times ---, then I received a friendly instruction that I kindly have to pay ONLY 12. 90 E. for 2 hours. Perhaps an instruction on where to slide the ticket or hold it up would be very helpful! Or is that exactly the method?

A parking lot that is very close to the Turkish Consulate and within 4 minutes walking distance is an advantageous parking lot if your procedures do not take long, but if you stay for a long time, it is very expensive for 1 hour 4.10 € ....

Machine at the exit is supposed to work with cards, but has only German interface and for some reason rejects card three times before accepting. One floor is split in two without any way to cross, or info about how to get to the other side (not even in German). Complicated navigation will make you miss the hour mark and pay more in already quite expensive parking lot.
S	Speedy M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience. Today we parked there. We parked at C 2UG. We entered the main entry and paid for parking in machine. We went to 2UG but private gate was closed and we coudnt go from A part to C part. We had to find another way how to go to C part. It took us approx 5 min. We went via another floor down and up on the road for cars. We found a car and went to exit. On exit the ramp was not opening and we had to pay another 4,30€. I thought it was bad joke, but it was reality. If you can avoid this parking, do so.
