The apartment is characterized by a very good, central location and by the friendly landlady and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home immediately.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. The apartment Nini is a place to relax! In the heart of Vienna, well located near Mariahilferstraße and Naschmarkt. The hostess is very attentive and accommodating.

I	Izabela Boks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an old home with a soul. Tall ceiling, antique furnitures, large rooms and very comfortable bed. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. Very well located close to the bus stop or a subway that will take you to the city center in around 15 min. Few atractions are also located near by (ie. Haus des Meeres, nachtmarket). The owner is a very nice person. Interested if everything is ok and if we do not need anything.

She tried to extort money from me after my departure by lodging false claims against me for incurring damages to the apartment. Without providing any concrete evidence thereof. In addition, in my haste to leave, I forgot some valuable items behind. When queried, Inge claimed that she had "thrown them away". To be avoided completely.

Mrs. Hanreich is a warm-hearted, caring host. I felt very comfortable and I'm looking forward to visiting this marvellous place again! Isabella Lisner

R	Ruth Hirst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment NiNI is a little oasis in the middle of Vienna. You would never feel you were in the middle of a large city. I loved staying here and my time in Vienna. NiNi is such a lovely host and went out of her way, not in an obtrusive way, only when I asked about things and she was so very informative and helpful. The apartment itself, is self contained, with a comfortable bed, facilities to cook, with a historic feel about the house, it is 18th Century, but it has 21st century appliances and mod coms inside. It is so well situated, it being in the 6th district, which is close to the museum quarters, the Naushmarkt and MariaHilfe Strasse (Main shopping street). I had such a lovely time staying here and look forward to coming back when next in Vienna. Highly recommend this apartment.. Ruth Hirst (from London)
