Leider hat ein Mitarbeiter im eigenen EDV System die Freigabe für die Techniker vermerkt. So kam es zur Verzögerung und mein Mac wurde erst drei Tage nach meinem Urlaubsende fertig... Habe ein I Pad pro - 12,9 - 128 GB. Brauche nun eine neue Batterie, bin sehr gespannt wie der Ablauf funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Dame am Telefon. Muß alle Daten irgendwo speichern, weiß nicht wo ?? und wie ?? Habe noch ein kleines i Pad - sollten alle Daten überall gleich sein - was aber nicht stimmt. Vielleicht ist etwas falsch eingestellt ? I will be happy to recommend it to others. I have an I Pad pro - 12.9 - 128 GB. Now I need a new battery, I'm very curious to see how the process works. Very friendly lady on the phone. Have to save all data somewhere, don't know where ?? and how ?? I still have a small iPad - all data should be the same everywhere - which is not true. Maybe something is wrong? Nach kurzer Zeit wurde der Fehler analysiert und mir mitgeteilt dass dies ein bekanntes Problem sein und es da eine Rückrufaktion gibt. Das Macbook wurde eingesendet und nach 1 Woche habe ein vollständig repariertes sogar mit zusätzlichen neuem Akku retour bekommen. Beim 2 macbook wurde mir eine Lösung kommuniziert mit der man leben kann ohne noch viel Geld zu investieren da es teuer wäre die Teile zu besorgen. Danke für die perfekte freundliche Kompetente Beratung. Jederzeit wieder. The longest way is worth it. Had a MacBook where the display failed. After a short time, the error was analyzed and I was told that this was a known problem and that there was a recall. The Macbook was sent in and after 1 week I got a completely repaired one with an additional new battery. With the 2 macbook I was communicated a solution that you can live with without investing a lot of money because it would be expensive to get the parts. Thank you for the perfect, friendly and competent advice. Any time.

Der Mitarbeiter der am Telefon war war so unhöflich er wollte mir weismachen dass ich 99 € bezahlen muss damit ich ein neues iPhone bekomme obwohl Apple selbst sagst dass dies nichts kostet. Unverschämter Partner von Apple. So eine unverschämte Person habe ich noch niemals in mein Leben gehört. So outrageous. The employee who was on the phone was so rude he wanted me to believe that I have to pay 99 € to get a new iPhone even though Apple says it doesn't cost anything. Outrageous partner of Apple. I've never heard such a rude person in my life.

Der unfreundliche und offenbar frustrierte Mann am Telefon meinte, dass dies nicht möglich sei, da ich die Rechnung nicht mehr habe. Ich habe darauf hin den Apple Support kontaktiert und war überrascht zu hören, dass es überhaupt kein Problem sei wenn ich die Rechnung nicht mehr habe. Kopfhörer wurden nun kostenfrei von Apple repariert. Traurig das sich dieses Geschäft "Apple Serviceprovider" nennen darf. Outrageous I wanted to have my AirPodsPro repaired as they were affected by an official Apple recall. The unfriendly and apparently frustrated man on the phone said that this was not possible because I no longer had the bill. I then contacted Apple Support and was surprised to hear that it was no problem at all if I no longer had the invoice. Headphones have now been repaired free of charge by Apple. It's sad that this business is allowed to call itself "Apple Service Provider".
