★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nochmals, da ich heute gerade einen Laptop gekauft habe. Am Morgen angerufen, bis zum Nachmittag installiert und abgeholt. Top Beratung! Gerne wieder. Ich mag mich nicht mehr mit "Internetschnäppchen" herumärgern, die Stunden und Tage meiner Lebenszeit kosten. Gerhard macht das sympathischer und stressfreier.
Again, as I just bought a laptop today. Called in the morning, installed and picked up by the afternoon. Top advice! Gladly again. I don't like to bother with "internet bargains" that cost hours and days of my life. Gerhard makes it more personable and less stressful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Service war an sich gut, der Chef war mir teilweise ein bisschen unsympathisch, der andere Herr, welcher mich am Telefon beraten hat, war aber sehr nett. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nur leider überhaupt nicht, ich verstehe dass Sie auch etwas verdienen müssen aber wenn ich im Internet einen fertig-zusammengebauten PC, mit der sogar stärkeren Leistung um 400€ billiger bekomme kann da irgendetwas nicht stimmen. Was aber wirklich nicht geht, Sie verlangen für eine Arbeitsstunde 100€ und das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit.
The service itself was good, the boss was a bit unsympathetic to me, but the other gentleman who advised me on the phone was very nice. Price-performance ratio is just not right at all, I understand that you also have to earn something, but when I get a pre-assembled PC on the Internet with an even stronger performance for 400 € cheaper, something can be wrong. But what really doesn't work, you charge 100 € for an hour of work and that is a bottomless cheek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Vereinsfunktionär und Hobbyfotograf hatte ich immer wieder größeren Ärger mit meiner EDV. Die Hilfen dich ich damals (auch von Firmen) bekommen habe, waren halbherzig und selten zufriedenstellend. Bis ich eines Tages auf die Werbung von der Fa. Comgate gestoßen bin. Seit über 10 Jahren werde ich von Gerhard bestens betreut. Während dieser Zeit hatte ich keinen einzigen Computerabsturz, dank regelmäßigem PC-Service. Nicht nur, dass Hardwareprobleme professionell gelöst werden, sondern er ist auch für gute Softwaretipps und Lösungen zu haben. Solche Firmen gehören vor den Vorhang.
As a club official and hobby photographer, I always had major problems with my computer. The help I got back then (also from companies) was half-hearted and rarely satisfactory. Until one day I came across the advertising from Comgate. I have been well looked after by Gerhard for over 10 years. During this time I didn't have a single computer crash thanks to regular PC service. Not only that hardware problems are solved professionally, but he is also available for good software tips and solutions. Such companies belong in the background.
