Da wäre es besser, sich vorher schlau zu machen, bevor die Vorwürfe und die schlechten Rezensionen fliegen. Ich habe dort sehr viel Entgegekommen erlebt. Danke. Most other reviewers apparently do not know the difference between housekeeping (!) And homeowners. So it would be better to be smart before the accusations and the bad reviews fly. I have seen a lot of condemnation there. Thank you.

Diese kassieren nicht nur eine zusätzliche Provision (ohne Makler), sondern erstellen auch noch Rechnungen, die nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun haben - ohne Belege oder sonstige Notizen in Bar und somit unverfolgbar. Ich hoffe das Finanzamt meldet sich bald bei denen!! lg lisa There are better caretakers .. Gebühren waren bis ins Detail angeführt und beschrieben. Im Büro wurde man freundlich behandelt und vor Unterschriftsleistung nochmals auf alles wichtige hingewiesen! Mit der Mietervereinigung in Kontakt bleiben, da die verlangten Mieten oft mehr als 100% über dem erlaubten Wert liegen (bei mir 850 statt den laut Mietrechtzins erlaubten 500) Wenn im Haus mal etwas beschädigt ist oder nicht funktioniert - Viel Spaß, repariert wird nichts Geizig ohne Ende - der Keller wird lieber an Bands vermietet als an die Bewohner, sodass man auch spät nachts noch mit der Lärmbelästigung zu kämpfen hat. Alles in allem - ein betrügerischer, dubioser und unseriöser Haufen. Ich kann nur jedem, der sich auf Wohnungssuche befindet, empfehlen, wortwörtlich JEDES ANDERE Immobilienunternehmen aufzusuchen, das es in Wien gibt. Die teilweise negativen Bewertungen kann ich aus persönlicher Erfahrung nicht nachvollziehen. I have been a tenant in a house managed by Comfort Real for 3 years and communication goes smoothly. I cannot understand the partially negative reviews from personal experience.
T	Tanja Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sprachlos. Den Vertrag unbedingt genau lesen. Hatte eine Wohnung zugesagt bekommen, auf die vier Tage vor Vertragsunterzeichnung ausgesprochene Bitte, mir den Vertrag vorab zukommen zu lassen, wurde von der Hausverwaltung gar nicht reagiert (auch keine nachträgliche Erklärung/Entschuldigung). Die Mail zur Aufforderung der Kaution: Unseriös und mit Rechtschreibfehlern. Bei der Vertragsunterzeichnung sind Maklerin und eine jüngere Angestellte der Hausverwaltung tratschend daneben gesessen sodass man sich kaum konzentrieren konnte. Bei einigen merkwürdigen Punkten im Vertrag fragten wir nach, wurden aber schroff abgespeist mit Phrasen wie "Der Vertrag bleibt wie er ist." oder dem einfachen Wort "Nein.", eine Bemerkung hinzuzufügen oder den Vermieter zu kontaktieren war nicht möglich (Anm.: interessanterweise hatte die Maklerin da viel mehr zu sagen als die junge Dame von der Hausverwaltung). Nach einer Diskussion mit der besagten Maklerin über drei sehr suspekte Punkte im Vertrag kam schließlich eine andere Dame der Hausverwaltung hinein und zerriss ohne sich vorzustellen und ohne seriöse Erklärung aber mit einigen unfreundlichen Bemerkungen (wie zB.: so jemanden wie Sie brauchen wir wirklich nicht) den Vertrag. Auf die Bestätigung für die bereits bezahlte Kaution musste ebenfalls nicht nur ein mal hingewiesen werden. Alles in allem eine riesige Unart und ein suspektes Unternehmen. Speechless. Be sure to read the contract carefully. If an apartment had been promised to the request made four days before the contract was signed to let me have the contract in advance, the property management did not respond at all (also no subsequent explanation / apology). The mail asking for the deposit: dubious and with spelling errors. When signing the contract, broker and a younger employee of the property management were sitting gossiping next to it, so that it was difficult to concentrate. We asked about some strange points in the contract, but were abruptly fed off with phrases such as "The contract remains as it is." or the simple word "No." to add a comment or to contact the landlord was not possible (note: interestingly, the broker had a lot more to say than the young lady from the property manager). After a discussion with the said broker about three very suspicious points in the contract, another lady from the property management finally came in and tore up without introducing herself and without a serious explanation but with some unfriendly comments (such as: we really don't need someone like you) the contract. The confirmation for the deposit already paid did not have to be pointed out just once. All in all a huge bad habit and a suspicious company.

Bei einer Miet-Übergabe von einem Bekannten an mich haben sie mich um ein rechtlich im Graubereich liegende "Vertragserstellungsgebühr" erleichtert (ich meine nicht die Finanzamt Vergebührung, die musste ich zusätzlich zahlen), zu dem eine Monatsmiete kassiert, dass man den Vertrag (vom Bekannten) früher kündigt und an mich weitergibt. Wenn er fristgerecht gekündigt hätte, hätte ich noch Provision zahlen müssen oder die Wohnung wahrscheinlich gar nicht bekommen. Zusätzlich habe ich eine Miete vorgestreckt, da die letzte Miete vom Bekannten am Zeitpunkt der Vertrags-Unterschreibung noch nicht bezahlt war, diese wurde mir ebenfalls nicht mehr erstattet/gutgeschrieben (doppelt kassiert!!). Allem obendrauf, haben sie alles in Bar verlangt und auf mehrmalige Anfrage mir keine Quittungen aushändigen wollen. "Comfort" ist hier gar nichts! Sehr unangenehmes und betrügerisches Unternehmen. In a rental transfer from a friend to me they have me for a legally in the gray area lying "contract creation fee" (I do not mean the tax billing, I had to pay extra), to which a monthly rent, that one terminates the contract (by the acquaintance) earlier and passes it on to me. If he had quit on time, I would have had to pay commission or probably not get the apartment. In addition, I have pre-extended a rent, since the last rent from the acquaintance at the time of contract signing had not been paid, this was also no longer refunded / credited me (double cashed !!). On top of everything else, they asked for everything in cash and did not want to give me any receipts on repeated request. "Comfort" is nothing here! Very unpleasant and fraudulent company.
