★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Был отменен рейс авиаперевозщиком, обратились в объект что добраться нечем просили вернуть платёж, в ответ только то что у них такая политика, идите гуляйте, других объекты деньги вернули. Вот и принимайте решение это хороший объект или нет. Спустя 3 дня, букинг платёж вернул.
The flight was canceled by the air carrier, they turned to the object that there was nothing to get, they asked to return the payment, in response only that they have such a policy, go for a walk, other objects returned the money. So make a decision whether this is a good object or not. After 3 days, the payment was returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Изначально списались , сняли деньги хорошо. На все вопросы отвечали . Как только начался карантин - казалось бы , да бесплатно отменили бронь. Но деньги так и не вернулись . Обратной связи так и не получил, через Букинг и напрямую никто не отвечал. Спустя некоторое время на самом букинге диалог с апартаментами просто удалился. Написать заново не могу. Отвратительное отношение.
Initially deducted, the money was withdrawn well. All questions were answered. As soon as quarantine began - it would seem, yes, the reservation was canceled free of charge. But the money never returned. I didn’t get any feedback, no one answered directly through Bucking. After some time at the booking itself, the dialogue with the apartments simply left. I can’t write again. Disgusting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach Top, Self Check Inn hat einwandfrei geklappt, sehr sauber und top modern. Bei Smart living System bleibt kein Wunsch mehr offen. Ich freue mich bald wieder bei euch ein Apartment zu buchen.
Simply great, Self Check Inn worked perfectly, very clean and very modern. With Smart living System no wish remains unfulfilled. I look forward to booking an apartment with you again soon.
