M	Marjan Khammar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr enttäuscht...Und habe lange überlegt, ob ich diese Rezension schreiben soll, da die Damen im Friseursalon sehr nett sind! Ich wollte eigentlich nur ein paar Highlights in meine schwarzen Locken, am Ende waren sie gelb/blond, und zwar in Strähnen... Ich fragte mich auch während ich dort war, ob das nicht zuu lange dauert, ein Bleichmittel in den Haaren zu haben... Nach 2,5h bat ICH sie dann, das raus zu geben... Ich verlor viele Haare - obwohl die Friseurin meinte, das sei normal... Aber ich weiß, dass das nicht normal sein sollte. Die Locken an den blondierten Stellen waren seither tot.. Ich finde, wenn es nicht geht, schwarze Spitzen umzufärben auf braun, dann sollte das klar kommuniziert werden und nicht auf Teufel komm raus stundenlang bleichen... Das hat meine Haare ruiniert und da kann mir keiner sagen, das wäre normal. Sorry, aber wenn es um spezielle Wünsche (hellere Spitzen) geht, kann ich diesen Friseur nicht empfehlen. Preis Leistung fand ich auch nicht okay, 80-85 finde ich überteuert, vor allem, wenn das Ergebnis dann so traurig ist.. I am very disappointed ... and thought for a long time whether I should write this review as the ladies in the hair salon are very nice! I just wanted a few highlights in my black curls, in the end they were yellow / blonde, in strands ... I also wondered while I was there whether it wouldn't take too long to have a bleach in my hair ... After 2.5 hours I asked her to give it out ... I lost a lot of hair - although the hairdresser said it was normal ... But I know that it should not be normal. The curls on the bleached areas were dead since then. I think that if it is not possible to change the color of black tips to brown, then that should be clearly communicated and not bleached for hours on end ... That ruined my hair and nobody can tell me that it would be normal. Sorry, but when it comes to special requests (lighter tips) I cannot recommend this hairdresser. I didn't find the price-performance ratio okay either, 80-85 I find overpriced, especially when the result is so sad ...

Tip: Termin vereinbaren funktioniert Super, sonst kann es passieren, dass man warten muss wenn viel los ist. Because of Donatella, I changed my hairdresser here after almost 25 years. Professional, clean, nice and price / performance ratio is great! Tip: making an appointment works great, otherwise you might have to wait when there is a lot going on.

Obwohl die Frisur schon gut aussah...! Aber es war halt nicht DAS was er wollte & bestellt hatte! Aber ICH war&bin zufrieden und werde weiterhin herkommen!!??‍♀️♡??‍♀️☆??‍? My regular hairdresser! Super nice employee & boss! ? ... Although the prices, with my long hair, are quite high! (Dyeing + cutting - have already paid between 80 € & 110 €! ? It depends on how to do it. But that's the way it is with EVERY hair salon! ??‍♀️ I was ALWAYS SATISFIED so far !! ? ... Only an acquaintance of mine was not twice satisfied with his hairstyle? D	Dominique Ebner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir Anfang der Woche Wimpern machen lassen, wollte eine Megavolumen Technik die dann wie eine 1:1 Technik aussah. Nicht nur das das Ergebnis anders als erwartet war, sind mir bereits am Tag darauf viele der Wimpern ausgefallen (ohne das ich sie berührt oder gewaschen habe-es waren nicht meine ersten Wimpern). Nun jetzt ein paar Tage später, hab ich keine mehr.. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht und auch verärgert. Als ich versuchte Kontakt aufzunehmen hat man mir nicht einmal mehr geantwortet. Man hat nicht mal versucht mir anzubieten es auszubessern oder mir eine Gutschrift zu geben oder sonstiges.. Noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder der Art hab ich bekommen. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht und würde abraten. I had my eyelashes done at the beginning of the week, wanted a mega-volume technique that looked like a 1: 1 technique. Not only that the result was different than expected, many of the eyelashes fell out the next day (without touching or washing them - it wasn't my first eyelashes). Now a few days later, I don't have any more .. I am really very disappointed and also angry. When I tried to contact me, I was not even answered. They didn't even try to offer me to fix it or give me a credit or anything ... I didn't even get an apology or that kind of thing. I am really disappointed and would advise against it.

Nette Mitarbeiter, ein Termin ist nicht zwangsläufig nötig und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Man fühlt sich rundum geborgen und gut aufgehoben. Danke! I recommend it to every woman who lets out or cares for healthy hair. Very nice time spent in this hair salon. washing my hair was the best massage I've ever had. and now ... my hair looks very healthy after the visit and seems really long. everyone there is very sincerely nice. I will come back to you 100%!
