If you cant speak perfect german then stay away. Because the owner can't (or pretend to) speak any thing but german. And doesn't like any one who doesn't speak it. Racist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quite tricky when you don’t speak german.
When you sign the contract, nobody tells you that you must tell 3 months before the cancellation, that you want to sign out the membership. And because the contract is in german, it’s quite difficult to know that afterwards. Besides, every trainer i asked for the cancellation, they told me different versions of the story:from that i must pay 3 months even tough i’m not gonna use the facilities until just sent an email with a formal letter was enough. Actually, i’m quite disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the gym is very nice with friendly people, I have to give a bad feedback regarding how they threat me in the moment I decided to leave. As written in the contract I informed them to stop the automatic renewal and since there´s no document to fill in your website, I came directly there to say this. I gave back the watch for the closet and I asked if I had to fill some document to confirm what I've decided. They reply me just saying: "No thanks, it´s fine we had back the watch, nothing else". Instead, I receive a couple of weeks ago by e-mail the request to pay the entire service of one year! Anyway I didn't manage to explain them this was not my fault but the not-professionalism of that employee who used to work for them and at the end of day I had to pay the half cost for nothing. Therefore be careful to everyone, hope I will be the last one I received such a "good" service like this! PS: to reply your comment, the problem is not the contract I signed. The point is I was there to decline the automatic renewal before the end of the contract as written in the contract SIGNED but you haven´t done this as specified in your contract! But anyway this unfair penalty I paid is not the end of the world, no problem. Ad majora!

I tried to register out and each person give me different explanation what should I do.
The thing is I'm not living any more in Austria and the expect I continue paying for a service I won't use any more. They threatened me telling they will register me in some kind of black list if don't pay.
Pay for what? If can't use it any more.
As gym it's OK, good machines and it's open a lot of hours. But take care if you register there it seams you have to pay for your whole life.
Please people take really care with this!
