Da stellt sich mir die Frage, wie soll sich der Arbeitgeber dann ein Bild machen ob der/die Praktikant/in geeignet ist für seinen Betrieb oder nicht?!!
Does not testify to very great competence, if the adolescents are told before the start of the internship, quote: "You have no work obligation"! Hmmm ... That begs me the question, how should the employer then get an idea if the trainee is suitable for his company or not? !!
