Anfangs noch interessiert, doch als wir seinen Vorvertrag unterzeichneten brach jeglicher Kontakt ab.. Ihm war klar, dass im Falle eines Verkaufs er seine Provision bekommt alles andere war im scheinbar egal. Am Anfang kam es zu einer Besichtigung und einmal hat er das Haus offen gelassen. Termine wurden verschoben da er Tennis spielen musste. Gott sei Dank meldete sich der eigentliche Verkäufer da er von mehreren Beschwerden hörte und übernahm die Arbeit von Herrn Novotny. Vor einer Woche kam es zur Vertragsunterzeichnung... Herr Novotny wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin nicht dazugezogen. Die Rechnung der CL Immobilien über die Maklerprovision über 13.000 Euro flatterte heute in den Postkasten. Rausgeschmissenes Geld für nicht erbrachte Leistung.. Man verkaufte mir ein Haus, das trotz vorheriger Zusage auf Überprüfung der Unterlagen vor nicht genehmigten Zubauten nur so strotzte. Nicht Brandschutz konforme Ausführung der Fenster, der Nachbarmauer, kein genehmigter Planstand am Magistrat auffindbar. Der Grundriss weicht von dem tatsöchlichem Bestand sichtbar ab, aber man hat sich anscheinend nicht die Mühe gemacht, Bestand und Plan zu vergleichen. Leider ist mir das bei einmaliger Besichtigung nicht aufgefallen. Aber nachdem man dem Makler ja genug bezahlt, wäre es auch gut hier eine Leistung voraussetzen zu dürfen. Leider nein, die Gesetze sind schwammig, überprüft wird nur, wenn der Verkäufer nicht vertrauenswürdig erscheint, somit sind hier sämtliche Hoffnungen , dass alles seine Richtigkeit hat, fehl am Platz. Mein Rat: nicht auf die hübsche Webseite hereinfallen, lieber einen anderen Makler suchen oder wirklich alles überprüfen und schriftlich bestätigen lassen. Ich hatte ein gutes Gefühl und bin froh diese Immobilien Firma beauftragt zu haben. My impression of the CL Immobilien Group is very positive; Ms. Aigner responded to my concerns and Mr. Dollberger was very well received. I had a good feeling and I am happy to have commissioned this real estate company.
