Keine Kontaktrufnummer auf der Homepage, keine Kündigungsbestätigung, gar nichts... der Weg zum Anwalt ist vorprogrammiert, Rechtsschutz sei Dank! Why is a termination not accepted and money just continued to be debited? Communication is practically ZERO! Haben den Vertrag gekündigt und jetzt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Monate hinten angehängt werden "GRATIS". Natürlich "gratis", weil er ja die Lockdown Monate weiter bezahlt hat. Laut AK ist es nicht zulässig, die Monatsbeiträge während der Schließung abzubuchen. Auch mir ist es nicht anders ergangen und auch meinem Lebensgefährten leider auch nicht. Leider kann ich dazu noch nichts sagen, da es sich um ein laufendes Verfahren handelt. Ich wollte keine Abbuchung mehr für die lange Zeit wo man nicht gehen konnte. Aber nein es wird nach der Kündigung angehängt. Das Studio in Bruck Neudorf ist groß und die Geräte sind neu. Betreuung ist auch ganz gut. I would no longer take out a subscription because they stick to the 6 month notice period. I didn't want to be charged anymore for the long time where you couldn't go. DIE Letzen monate über 800 € Bezahlt und die wollen noch immer Geld haben.Man kann auch mit Gewalt Reich werden !!!20 mal eine Kündigung Geschrieben die aber einfach so weggelesen wird und am Ende redet man sich es schön.MEINE MEINUNG ; Kunden Umgang unter aller sau,Reden gleich null .So wird man keine Zufriedene kunden haben.Aber wie man hört hab ned nur Ich das Problem.Schöne weihnachten und vl überlegt man sich im neuen Jahr das man was Ändert.???
