Im Studio herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Bernhard nimmt sich Zeit um einen individuellen Plan zu erstellen. Alle Fragen werden detailliert beantwortet und man erhält wertvolle Tipps. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Art und Weise wie er es schafft zu motivieren. Absolute Empfehlung auf dem Weg zu einem besseren, fitteren, gesünderen ich. Very nice and competent trainer and nutrition coach. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the studio and Bernhard takes the time to create an individual plan. All questions are answered in detail and valuable tips are given. Particularly noteworthy is the way in which he manages to motivate. Absolute recommendation on the way to a better, fitter, healthier self.

Mein Arzt meinte, dass dies jedoch die beste Heilung für meine Rückenschmerzen sei - es stimmt. . Was aber wichtiger ist, dass Bernhard mich so motiviert, dass ich dabei bleibe und sogar gerne hin gehe, denn mein innerer Schweinehund, fand früher ziemlich einfach Ausreden, es nicht zu tun. Nach jeder Trainingseinheit bin ich stolz und fühle mich besser. Die Rückenschmerzen sind Vergangenheit. I am not a motivated athlete and I would never have imagined that I would go to a gym. However, my doctor said that this is the best cure for my back pain - it's true. . But what is more important is that Bernhard motivates me so much that I stick with it and even like to go there, because my weaker self used to find quite easy excuses not to do it. After every training session, I'm proud and feel better. The back pain is a thing of the past.

Bernhard und das ganze Team hängen sich sehr rein, bilden sich auch weiter, es sind alle sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Und hier wird man nicht schief angschaut wenn man zu viel Gewicht hat! Ich gehe dort gern hin trainieren und egal ob ich eine frage zum Training habe oder zur Ernährung mir wird immer weiter geholfen. Auch für ein tratscherl is meistens Zeit nicht nur mit Bernhard und seinem Team sondern auch mit den anderen Mitgliedern so kann man sich auch immer austauschen untereinander!! Und jetzt hat Bernhard auch eine Crossfit Box angebaut und macht mit seinem Team unterschiedliche Kurse!! This is about people as a whole. Bernhard and the whole team are very committed, they also continue their education, they are all very friendly and helpful. And here you are not looked at wrongly if you have too much weight! I like to go there to train and no matter if I have a question about training or about nutrition I will always be helped. Even for a gossip, there is usually time not only with Bernhard and his team but also with the other members so you can always exchange ideas with each other !! And now Bernhard has also built a Crossfit Box and is doing different courses with his team !!

Die Atmosphäre und das Miteinander der Mitglieder ist ein ganz Besonderes, dass ich so vorher noch nie in einem Fitnessstudio erlebt habe. Hier erreicht man seine Ziele leicht und gerne. :) great trainers who are constantly educating themselves and always keeping up to date with the latest knowledge. The knowledge is always gladly passed on to members. The atmosphere and the togetherness of the members is very special that I have never seen before in a gym. Here you can easily reach your goals. :)
