D	Deni Andeers Balkanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrophal ! Der Handyladen ist auch eine DHL-Abholstation. Wollte mit dem Abholschein ein Paket abholen kommen. Nach halbstünduger Suche hat der Herr in gebrochenem Deutsch das Paket nicht gefunden und meinte einfach "Das Paket wurde wahrscheinlich schon abgeholt." BITTE WAS ?! Was heisst das wahrscheinlich ?! Keine weitere Informationen, weder von DHL (!) noch von den Leuten die in dem Shop arbeiten. Gott sei Dank, war der Lieferant des Produktes so kulant, mir ein zweites Paket zukommen zu lassen (diesmal per Post) ! DHL und ihre Zusteller zusammen mit dieser Abholstation eine reine Katastrophe ! PS: Die Öffnungszeiten auf dem DHL-Schein stimmen mit den richtigen Öffnungszeiten nicht überein. Laut DHL hat die Station von 10 - 21 Uhr offen, auf der Ladentür steht auf ein Blatt Papier geschrieben: Neue Öffnungszeit von 10 - 19 Uhr. Catastrophic! The mobile phone shop is also a DHL pick-up station. Wanted to pick up a package with the pickup ticket. After half an hour search the gentleman in broken German did not find the package and said simply "The package was probably already picked up." PLEASE WHAT ?! What does that mean? No further information, neither from DHL (!) Nor from the people who work in the shop. Thankfully, the supplier of the product was so accommodating to send me a second package (this time by mail)! DHL and its deliverers together with this pick-up station a pure disaster! PS: The opening hours on the DHL bill do not match the correct opening hours. According to DHL, the station is open from 10 to 21 o'clock, on the shop door is written on a piece of paper: New opening time from 10 - 19 clock.

Not recommended as a parcel shop: look for 15 minutes in the "parcel dump" to find out that he has returned the delivery (including replacement delivery) for no good reason ...
J	Jicheng Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience ! Paid 29 euros +10 repair fee to replace iPhone 5 screen, and the screen did not work from day 4. We went back to the shop , the owner said it was a new problem with battery and requested 20 euros more to repair ! :(
