A	Anja K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlecht. Obwohl die erste Stunde kostenlos ist, kann man pro Account nur ein Fahrrad mieten...d.h., dass meist nur mit Visa Card EIN Fahrrad gemietet werden kann. Wer alles keine Visa Card oder eine österreichische Maestro Card besitzt, kann auch kein Fahrrad mieten. Am Telefon wird einem dann berichtet, dass man eine Touristenkarte für 3€ am Hbf erwerben kann und dann zu den einzelnen City Bike Stationen gehen soll. Ob das funktioniert, keine Ahnung. Very bad. Although the first hour is free, you can only rent one bike per account ... i.e. that usually ONE bike can only be rented with a Visa card. If you don't have a Visa card or an Austrian Maestro card, you can't rent a bike. On the phone you are told that you can buy a tourist card for 3 € at the main station and then go to the individual city bike stations. I don't know if that works.

E	Erik Anthonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small frame and wheels and heavy bikes which are very uncomfortable to sit on and manoeuvre with. Find a rental shop and hire a proper bike instead
