M	Mr. Flo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Personal, leider nicht ausreichend geschult worden. Mitarbeiter kennt den Unterschied zwischen Velour (sued) und Nubuck nicht. Weiters wurde nicht erklärt welches Kroko verwendet wurde ( Gürtel) -> Leisten / Nil / Caiman / Missipi etc.. Das erwarte ich mir schon ab einer gewissen Preisklasse,( die Mitarbeiter müssen nicht wissen das Ricci Anzüge von St. Andrews per Hand gemacht werden, etc.. ), aber ein bisschen mehr Wissen in diese Richtung hätte ich mir schon gewünscht. Personal auf verkaufen geschult was nicht schlecht ist, alles in allen ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Positiv, das Personal war sehr bemüht mich glücklich zu machen; sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Gerne wieder :) Nice staff, unfortunately not sufficiently trained. Employees do not know the difference between velor (south) and Nubuck. Furthermore, it was not explained which crocodile was used (belt) -> groin / Nil / Caiman / Missipi etc. I expect this from a certain price range, (the employees do not have to know that Ricci suits from St. Andrews are made by hand , etc ..), but I would have liked a little more knowledge in this direction. Staff trained in selling what is not bad, all in all a very good experience. Positive, the staff went out of their way to make me happy; very friendly and accommodating! Gladly again :)
