★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Tag im Voraus bestellt, eine Stunde vorher telefonisch bestätigt und dann hat man uns bei minus 12 Grad trotzdem 35 Minuten warten lassen.
Dann wurde - für die Fahrt nach Mühlbach - noch ein "Berg-Zuschlag" von 7 Euro verrechnet. Das wurde am Telefon nicht erwähnt, obwohl ich angegeben hatte, wohin die Fahrt gehen würde.
Trotz winterlicher Straßenverhältnisse ist der Fahrer gerast.
Insgesamt unprofessionell bzw. katastrophal.
Ordered one day in advance, confirmed by phone an hour before and then we were left waiting at minus 12 degrees still 35 minutes.
Then was - for the trip to Mühlbach - still charged a "mountain surcharge" of 7 €. This was not mentioned on the phone, although I had stated where the trip would go.
Despite winter road conditions, the driver has raced.
Overall, unprofessional or catastrophic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nicht einhaltung von ausgemachter Uhrzeit, danach hieß es ja was er tun solle wenn er noch andere Leute irgendwohin fahren muss. (die antwort ist ganz einfach; nicht zusagen)
und erlebe es selber sehr oft dass die taxi fahrer von euch einfach irgendwo rausfahren und den verkehr behindern.
wird wohl auf Rücksicht kein Wert gelegt.
not keeping the agreed time, then it was said what he should do if he still has to drive other people somewhere. (the answer is very simple; don't agree)
and experience it very often that the taxi drivers of you simply drive out somewhere and hinder the traffic.
is probably not valued in consideration.
