t	tb wsw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ top leute dort, habe heute persönlich vorbeigeschaut, und ob wohl Samstag und noch dazu 12.25 Uhr gewesen nahm sich ( ich glaube es war der boss selber ) noch die Zeit und setzte mir Visitenkarten Muster und ein Leibchen am PC. ich dachte jaja, und als ich zu Hause ankam hatte ich sofort den Vorabdruck am Mail. Auch noch Vorschläge mehrerer Versionen, welche er sich dachte. Und es kam wie es kommen musste, ich verwarf meinen Gedanken, da mir seiner total gefallen hat. Preislich total top, und das lustigste daran ?????? nach dem ich per Mail den Auftrag gab, kam nach 10 Minuten ein Mail, ich könne mir am Dienstag die Karten schon abholen. Wollte keine Postsendung, da ich es wichtigst brauche. Hut ab . preis / zeit / optik einfach toll. zum empfehlen. top people there, I stopped by in person today, and even though it was Saturday and 12.25 p.m. (I think it was the boss himself) took the time to set me business card samples and a camisole on the PC. I thought yes yes, and when I got home I immediately had the preprint on the mail. Also suggestions of several versions, which he thought. And it came as it had to come, I discarded my thought because I really liked his. In terms of price totally top, and the funniest thing ?????? After I gave the order by email, an email came after 10 minutes that I could pick up the tickets on Tuesday. Didn't want mail because I need it most importantly. Hats off . price / time / optics just great. to recommend.
T	Thomas mader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mir schon ein Logo für meine Visitenkarten gestaltet, dass noch einen Feinschliff brauchte. Diesen Entwurf hatte ich per Mail übermittelt. Nach einer Woche ohne Rückmeldung rief ich einmal an, ob es evtl. nicht zugestellt wurde...... Die nette Dame am Telefon hatte leider absolut keine Info für mich Ca. 2 Stunden später rief mich der Chef an und sagte mir, dass wir einen Termin brauchen um alles neu zu gestalten. Der Termin lag ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit (weil wir da in Ruhe arbeiten können). Ich wartete 20 min. vergeblich vor verschlossener Tür und finsterem Geschäftslokal. Für mich als Kunde ein ABSOLUTES NOGO!!!! Eigentlich wollte ich ein einheimisches Unternehmen nutzen, aber bei so einem "Kundendienst", werde ich wohl auf die günstigeren Internetanbieter zurückgreifen. Unentschuldigtes Fernbleiben bei einem Ersttermin ist wohl das inkompetenteste das ich je erlebt habe ein Stern, weil keiner nicht geht I had already designed a logo for my business cards that still needed fine-tuning. The nice lady on the phone had absolutely no information for me Approx. 2 hours later the boss called me and told me that we needed an appointment to redesign everything. The appointment was outside the opening hours (because we can work there in peace). I waited 20 min. in vain in front of a closed door and a dark shop. For me as a customer an ABSOLUTE NOGO !!!! Actually I wanted to use a local company, but with such a "customer service" I will probably fall back on the cheaper Internet providers. Unexcused absence from a first appointment is probably the most incompetent I have ever experienced a star because nobody does not go
B	Barbara Finkenstaedt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gab zwar Verzögerungen durch technische Probleme, aber ich bekam die Scans sofort zugeschickt, mit den auch noch preiswerten Drucken bin ich sehr zufrieden und auch mit der sehr zugewandten und freundlichen Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern! Ich werde City Print weiterempfehlen!
