Leider sind die Autos Schrot, nach 4 bis 5 Jahren ist immer die kopfdichtung kaputt, nach der zweiten kopfdichtung bekam ich die Antwort das ist die opseliszenz. Also sch..... Autos. The business and staff is great. Unfortunately the cars are broken, after 4 to 5 years the head gasket is always broken, after the second head gasket I got the answer that is the opseliscence. So nice ... cars.

Aber ein absolutes NoGo erachte ich das das Umstecken von Reifen auf neue Felge Plus Wuchten >2h gedauert hat und man dann versucht mir als 40+ mit bislang 4 Autos (Bus sowie Suv) zu erklären das das normal ist und jeder der es schneller schafft mit 3Mann Plus arbeitet...geht's noch? Dabei war klar das die Kollegen einfach mit einem anderen Wagen beschäftigt waren und sich schlichtweg keiner darum gekümmert hat. Advice is ok and can be proud of. But an absolute NoGo I think that the replacement of tires on new rim plus balancing lasted> 2h and then I tried as 40+ with so far 4 cars (bus and SUV) to explain that this is normal and everyone who manages faster 3Mann Plus works ... is it still possible? It was clear that the colleagues were simply busy with another car and simply did not care about it.
M	Michael S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen am Empfang sind maximal nett, man bekommt sofort einen Kaffee, wenn man warten muss wird man angerufen wenns fertig ist ( falls man spazieren oder bummeln geht im benachbarten Einkaufsdings ). Das Service dauert meist solange wie ausgemacht, und ich hatte noch nie Probleme. The ladies at the front desk are extremely nice, you immediately get a coffee, if you have to wait you will be called when it's done (if you're going for a walk or stroll in the neighboring shopping center). The service usually takes as long as agreed, and I have never had problems.

Komme trotzdem wieder Danke Friendly, brisk, competent customer-oriented advice, the missing coffee or the missing soft drink (mineral water is enough) during the waiting time costs the fifth star…. I'll be back anyway thanks
