M	Mayers Bistro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider die Erfahrung gemacht, dass dem Personal die Kundenprobleme egal sind! Neues Auto bestellt: Lieferzeit ca 3 Monate ausgemacht. Jetzt sind 5 Monate vergangen und kein Auto in Sicht. Nach mehreren Urgenzen bekommt man von einem Mitarbeiter diese Worte zu hören: "sche gschissen". Als ich dann sagte, dass mein alter Leasingvertrag bereits ausgelaufen ist, und ich das Leasingauto nicht mehr fahren durfte, die nächste Antwort des Mitarbeiters: "doppelt gschissen" ! Beim 3. Problem ( ich fahre jetzt 3 Wochen auf Kur und bräuchte das Auto vorher)die Worte: "dreifach gschissen" ! Tolles Personal !! Unfortunately, the experience is that the staff don't care about customer problems! New car ordered: delivery time agreed about 3 months. Now 5 months have passed and there is no car in sight. After several origins you get to hear these words from a member of staff: "sche gschissen". When I said that my old leasing contract had expired and I was no longer allowed to drive the leasing car, the employee's next answer: "double shit"! In the third problem (I am now on a cure for 3 weeks and would need the car beforehand) the words: "triple shit"! Great staff !!

Bei einem anderen Renault Partner wurden anscheinend nur falsche Teile getauscht. Hier die richtigen! Ich fühle mich hier gut betreut ? Bei kleineren Reparaturen kann man im kleinen Café bei einem Kaffee auf die Fertigstellung seines Wagens warten. Preis, Leistung durchschnittlich. Very friendly customer service and precise work in the workshop. For minor repairs, you can wait for a car to be finished over a coffee in the small café. Price, performance average.

Mir wurde mehrmals versprochen, dass ich angerufen werde - wegen Eigenimport des KFZs und ich wurde niemals angerufen. Wenn ich mich erkündigt hab, hab ich Antwort gekriegt: "wir hatten viel zu tun". Wirklich kundenfreundlich! Simply incompetent and unfriendly advice. I was promised several times that I would be called - because I imported the car myself and I was never called.
