Ich habe mich wirklich gefreut, als ich von der CIC zu einem Bewerbungsgespräch eingeladen wurde. Es wirkte auf mich auch wie ein sehr sympatisches Gesrpäch, mir wurde am Ende gesagt, sie melden sich in einer Woche wieder.
Nachdem ich nichts mehr hörte, habe ich mich selbst gemeldet. Nach dem dritten Anruf und einigen Mails hab ich es dann irgendwann aufgegeben. Wirklich schade, eine kurze Mail mit einer Absage hätte mir schon sehr geholfen.
 Regarding the application process:
I was really happy when the CIC invited me to an interview. It also seemed like a very friendly conversation to me, at the end I was told they would get back to you in a week.
After hearing nothing, I called myself. After the third call and a few emails I finally gave up. It's really a shame, a short email with a rejection would have helped me a lot.
