Kann uch nur weiterempfehlen. I bought a penthouse apartment at Chronos 5 years ago and I'm very happy with it. Handling, rectification of defects, etc. was very satisfactory. Lipp war sehr bemüht, pünktliche Wohnungsübergabe, aber aufgrund von Corona wurden nicht alle Arbeiten rechtzeitig fertiggestellt, sodass ein paar Mängel erst später behoben wurden. Hr. Ing. Plevel hat uns in dieser Hinsicht auch sehr unterstützt, insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden. We moved into our apartment in Bienengasse at the beginning of November, the purchase process was professional, special requests and individual plans were taken into account with understanding, BM Ing.Lipp tried very hard to hand over the apartment on time, but due to Corona, not all work was completed on time, so a few defects only were later fixed. Mr. Ing.Plevel supported us a lot in this regard, and overall we are very satisfied.

Habe diese Wohnung als Anlegerwohnung gekauft. Herr Guldenbrein von der Firma Chronos kümmert sich auch sehr professionell, gleichzeitig auch rührig um die permanente Vermietung meiner Wohnung. Anstelle hier auf bewährte Qualität durch erfahrene Unternehmen zu setzen, wird lieber der Weg der Quantität gewählt und das geht zu Lasten der KÄUFER....
