Die Terminvergabe verlief bei meinem ersten Besuch rasch und Wartezeiten waren kaum vorhanden. Very competent, courteous and friendly doctors. Mr. Lanz immediately addresses the needs and complaints of the patient. The appointment was fast on my first visit and waiting times were hardly available.

I have often been to Dr Lanz with various injuries. Dr Lanz helped me a lot every time. Appointments great. Super doctor. Great team.
K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe schnell einen Termin bekommen, das war positiv. Leider hat die Behandlung nicht geholfen und wie ich behandelt wurde, fand ich nicht sehr einfühlsam! Bei meinem zweiten Besuch, wurde ich mit Unmut begegnet, weil meine Situation sich nicht verbessert hat. Ich musste dann hören, dass ich kein schlimmer Fall bin, da der Herr Doktor mich erst seit einer Woche kennt und ich „nur“ eine Entzündung habe und sonst ja eh alles ok ist. Das hat mich schockiert. Meine Entzündung in der Hüft schmerzt allerdings seit einem Jahr sehr, mein Leben ist sehr eingeschränkt. Ich kann nicht weiter als einen Kilometer gehen, ich kann keinerlei Sport betreiben ohne Schmerzen. Das ich damit seit mehr als einem Jahr kämpfe, alle möglichen Therapien gemacht habe, wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Beim dritten Besuch wurde mir gesagt „jetzt sei ich geheilt“. Ich war dann noch 3 Wochen in Physiotherapie und Massage und ich mache täglich meine Übungen. Meine Situation hat sich überhaupt nicht verbessert. Da ich aber mit so wenig Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für meine Situation behandelt wurde, will ich nicht mehr hingehen und empfehle niemanden mit einer chronischen Entzündung einen Termin zu vereinbaren. I got an appointment quickly, that was positive. Unfortunately the treatment did not help and I did not find the way I was treated very empathetic! On my second visit, I was met with displeasure because my situation had not improved. I then had to hear that I am not a bad case because the doctor has only known me for a week and I “only” have an inflammation and everything else is okay anyway. That shocked me. My hip inflammation has been very painful for a year now, and my life is very limited. I cannot go further than a kilometer, I cannot do any sport without pain. That I have been struggling with it for more than a year, having done all kinds of therapies, was not taken into account. On the third visit I was told "now I am healed". I was then in physiotherapy and massage for 3 weeks and I do my exercises every day. My situation has not improved at all. But since I was treated with so little empathy and understanding for my situation, I no longer want to go and do not recommend anyone with chronic inflammation to make an appointment.
