Gott sei Dank gibt es auch andere Firmen die Car Port bauen . You may come to measure the setting up of a car port, but you wait in vain for a promised KV! E-mail und meine adresse bekannt und bis jezt is nichts gekommen. Tut mir leid aber sowas ist nicht grad verkaufsfördernd. Advice and dimensions everything was great, but the one star is because I am waiting for a month now for a cost estimate ? my phone, e-mail and my address are known and nothing has come up until now. I'm sorry, but something like that is not really sales-promoting.
K	Kate VanK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenns zwischen Fassade und Glasdach hineinregnet.... Qualität von Dach und Geländer gut, kann man nicht meckern. ABER leider hört genau nach 1 Meter (von gesamt 4 Metern) die Abdichtung zwischen Fassade und Glasdach auf....somit regnets dort immer rein. Sollte ganz sicher nicht so sein. Arbeiter kamen um kleine Korrekturen vor zunehmen, aber auf das Hineinregnen angesprochen, meinten sie, dass muss ein Spengler machen. Bei Nachfrage wer diesen denn bezahlt, lachten sie nur und fuhren wieder. Mehrmalige Telefonische Nachfrage und Emails wurden nicht beantwortet....Schade. Man sollte doch annehmen dass bei einer offiziellen Auftragerteilung von einer Überdachung diese auch dicht ist. UPDATE!!! Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde der Fehler auf Kosten der Firma Häfele ohne viele Umstände behoben. Somit passt es für uns. Es handelt sich mit Sicherheit um ein seriöses Unternehmen, dass ich soweit auch weiter empfehlen kann. When it rains between the facade and the glass roof ... The quality of the roof and railing is good, you can't complain. BUT unfortunately after exactly 1 meter (of a total of 4 meters) the seal between the facade and the glass roof stops ... so it always rains in there. It should definitely not be like that. Workers came to make small corrections, but when asked about the rain, they said that a plumber has to do it. When asked who pays them, they just laughed and drove again. Repeated telephone inquiries and emails were not answered .... What a shame. One should assume that when an official order is placed for a roofing, it is also tight. UPDATE !!! After contacting the company, the error was corrected without a lot of trouble at Häfele's expense. So it suits us. It is certainly a serious company that I can recommend to others.
