★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Cholera Kreuz wurde im Jahr 1832 zum Dank errichtet, denn Gaweinstal damals noch Gaunersdorf genannt, blieb von der Cholera verschont. Ursprünglich stand das Kreuz ca 100 Meter entfernt, es wurde im Jahr 1979 in Einem sehr schlechten Zustand abgetragen und am jetzigen Standort wieder Originalgetreu errichtet. Am First ist Ein Lothringer Kreuz angebracht. Im Innenraum befindet sich Eine Pietà aus Steinguss.

 The Cholera Cross was erected in 1832 as a thank you, because Gaweinstal was still called Gaunersdorf at the time and was spared the cholera. Originally the cross was about 100 meters away, it was removed in 1979 in a very bad condition and rebuilt true to the original at its current location. A Lorraine cross is attached to the ridge. In the interior there is a cast stone Pietà.
