T	Thomas H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man alles mit hat ist der Service dort sehr gut organisiert und sehr freundlich. Muss er aber auch bei aktuell EUR 66,-- Service Fee pro Visum ;). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es weil deren Homepage wirklich schlecht und unübersichtlich gemacht ist. Ich denke das führt im Vorfeld zu den meisten Fehlern die dann erst im Visum Center aufschlagen und dann zu Ärger führen. If you have everything with you the service is very well organized and very friendly. But he also has to pay a current service fee of EUR 66 per visa;). There is a star deduction because their homepage is really bad and confusing. I think that leads to most mistakes in advance, which then open up in the Visa Center and then lead to trouble.

Auch dass uns nicht gleich beim ersten Besuch gesagt wurde dass man für Transit gar kein Visum braucht war nicht so toll. Beim 2. Mal war dann ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter vor Ort der mir rasch klar machte dass ich umsonst extra Urlaub genommen hatte und nach Wien fuhr. Sonst sehr freundlich. Pretty complex process until you get a visa and not completely clear that you do not have to go to the embassy. The fact that we were not told on the first visit that you do not need a visa for Transit was not great. The second time was then a competent staff on site I quickly made it clear that I had taken extra free vacation and went to Vienna. Otherwise very friendly.

Bezahlung gleich bein Antrag stellen, nicht erst beim Abholen. Zahlung nur mit Bankomat oder Bargeld, keine Kreditkarten! All staff are very friendly and speak German! Yes, the processing fee is super high. What the hell .. pay the same application, not only when picking up. Payment only by cash or cash, no credit cards!

You pay 60 for the Visa and 66 extra for the service provided in the center (not the staff‘s fault but still an exotbitant price). We had a scheduled appointment and ended up waiting more than 1 hour longer than we were expected to. They do not take credit cards an the friendliness of the staff isn‘t the best either. Print out all the required documents at home because they also charge you for every page you have to print out there!!
