Wer günstige Preise, ein bequemes Flugzeug, eine freundliche Crew und eine große Anzahl an asiatischen wie australischen Destinationen sucht sollte die taiwanesische Fluglinie wählen. Ich habe mich für ein Premium Economy Ticket und gegen ein Economy Ticket entschieden, weil mir diese Kabine schon mehrfach empfohlen wurde. Und das absolut zurecht im Vergleich zu anderen Fluglinien!

Thanks to the China Airlines team in Mariahilferstrasse for making it possible to rebook a return flight issued online at China Airlines homepage.

I will fly tomorrow for first time with China Airlines to Taipei and I was looking forward to have great experience unfortunately I got already very disappointed, as one of the China Airlines colleague in the Viennese (Austria) office discriminate me on the phone because I have two fist names, so the China Airlines employee said he will not let me on board tomorrow unless I pay extra money at the airport to add my second first name. It is not my fault that I have two fist names and in austria this is not very typical to have more then one first name, so my travel agent forgot to add my second first name, so my ticket was issued only with my first name and surname, but without my second first name. So the Viennese China Airlines employee made me so much stress that probably I will not be allowed to fly and I will be refused boarding that I can not sleep tonight. This is my first flight experience with China Airlines direct flight to Taipei and ist now starting to get already really a terrible experience. Of course my travel agent is responsible for this, but it is only in China Airlines hands 24h before flying. I am flying since 20 Years with all my two first names and never had any troubles to add my second first name even, if it is not booked with it. The Flying is getting really stressful nowadays even before you board. Good that some other companies from the region care more about their costumers. I hope China Airlines can take an example of that. Let see what is going to happens tomorrow. I will update...

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to your airline company especially to you ground crew in Sydney/Australia. A great obliging team you have in Sydney who solve my issues in such an competent way and helped me out there, I´m very impressed by the services I received locally on the airport and at the company office. I also had a very comfortable flight experience and excellent board services. I can whole-hearted recommend your company and I will surely preferring china airlines at my next long-distance flights.
