★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 22. Dezember gibt mein Display am MAC BOOK den Geist auf! GROSSE KATASTROPHE, da auf diesem MAC der Zimmerplan unseres Hotels ist und ich somit kurz vor Weihnachten, quasi komplett lahm gelegt war. Ein netter Anruf und 30 min Fahrt später bin ich in letzter Sekunde im Laden angekommen. Die Herren von NRC Freilassing haben mich super beraten und mein Problem noch am selben Tag gelöst. GROSSES DANKE und ein grosses Kompliment and das gesamte Team. IHR SEID TOLL & ICH HOFFE ZWAR NICHT, DASS ICH JEMALS WIEDER EINEN GEBROCHENEN PC HABE, aber ich komme wieder!
On December 22nd, my display on the MAC BOOK gives up the ghost! BIG DISASTER, because the room plan of our hotel is on this MAC and I was almost completely paralyzed shortly before Christmas. A nice call and 30 minutes later I arrived at the store at the last second. The gentlemen from NRC Freilassing gave me great advice and solved my problem on the same day. BIG THANK YOU and a big compliment to the whole team. YOU'RE GREAT & I DON'T HOPE I WILL EVER HAVE A BROKEN PC AGAIN, but I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparatur brauchte ein Monat und war sehr teuer!!! Habe außerdem 3 Wochen keine Benachrichtigungen über den Status der Reparatur bekommen. Man muss jedoch sagen dass die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren.
Repair took a month and was very expensive !!! I also didn't receive any notifications about the status of the repair for 3 weeks. However, it has to be said that the staff were very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ da wird ein notebook zum notebook repair corner salzburg zur reparatur hingeschickt und kommt unrepariert und noch schlechter zurück
ich hab den Eindruck, da sind betrügerische Hinterhofbastler am Werk
betrügerisch - warum? -- da wurde mir eine "Kühlpaste" (üblicherweise wird so etwas als Wärmeleitpaste bezeichnet)um €49.--verrechnet - möglicherweise der Jahresbedarf der Firma...
Hinterhofbastler warum? -- hingeschickt wurde das notebook, weil das display dunkel blieb - als es zurückam war der Fehler nicht behoben UND der Kartenleser, welcher bevor die Hinterhofbastler das notebook in die Hände bekamen, einwandfrei funktioniert hatte, nicht mehr funktionierte; der Laden wo ich das notebook geauft habe, hat dasselbe möglicherweise nochmals zu den unfähigen Bastlern geschickt....

fraudulent - why? -- I was charged €49 for a "cooling paste" (usually something like this is called heat-conducting paste) -- possibly the company's annual requirement...
backyard hobbyist why? -- the notebook was sent because the display remained dark - when it was returned the error had not been resolved AND the card reader, which had worked perfectly before the backyard hobbyists got their hands on the notebook, no longer worked; the shop where I bought the notebook may have sent it back to the incompetent hobbyists....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My screen had been having "epileptic fits" as I called them. They were steadily getting worse but as my computer is the one thing I cant do without here in Salzburg I dreaded going to a repair shop. Finally I decided to go because I couldn't keep going on like this anymore. The man looked at my screen and opened it in front of me. Saw immediately what the issue was and told me what it would cost. Albeit it was a bit expensive as I am a poor student. The fact he did it in less than 20 min made up for it. And my screen works without issues anymore and I can get back to work! I am very happy and would definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive service. We sent our 2 laptops that had 2 different problems and we were asked for 229€ each. We asked to have the laptops back and we had to pay 15€ to have it back (computers are sent to Salzburg). It is fine as we were informed before. But laptops were returned in pieces!! Unassembled!! And one plastic piece was even damaged. I believe this is very unprofessional. Moreover, we took the laptops in another place and we were charged only 70+60 € = 130€ in total. Against a minimum expense of 458€ with Notebook Repair Corner!!! No doubt that they would have also repaired perfectly our laptops, but at which price...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to say.. it was one of my best experience in one of this kind of repair place.
I came for the first time, with 2 questions and a screw missing.
After less than 5 minutes, i had both questions solved, and they found me a screw !
I can't evaluate the repair, as i didn't had to repair my computer but as an it professional
i could see them working and i would definitely let my laptop there.
