★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich für meine Pferde etwas brauche, fahre ich meistens zum Krämer. Es ist gut vorher zu wissen was man braucht und was man kaufen möchte. Denn, eine Angestellte zu fragen, kann auch unangenehm werden. Auf eine Frage kam prompt die Antwort, ich solle doch im Katalog nachschauen. Eine andere Kundin wollte einen Strick von ganz oben nehmen und mußte auf eine Aufstiegshilfe steigen. Dieselbe Verkäuferin sagte darauf, dass die Kundin das selbst nicht tun darf und wollte wieder weggehen anstatt gleich zu helfen. Daran musste ich sie erinnern, dass es eigentlich ihre Aufgabe sei, zu helfen. Sie half darauf hin etwas widerwillig. Anscheinend kein gutes Arbeitsklima.
If I need something for my horses, I usually go to the grocery store. It is good to know in advance what you need and what you want to buy. Because asking an employee can also be uncomfortable. When I asked a question, I was promptly answered that I should look it up in the catalogue. Another customer wanted to take a rope from the top and had to climb onto a climbing aid. The same saleswoman then said that the customer was not allowed to do this herself and wanted to leave instead of helping immediately. I had to remind them that it was actually their job to help. She then helped, somewhat reluctantly. Apparently not a good working atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horse shop looks ok and has a ton of prodicts, sellers arent that friendly and nice. Good that the shop has slovenian sellers otherwise i would not know what to do... glaustrians dont speak english at all...
