Wir hatten ein möbliertes Haus vom Herrn Oberreiter mit Jahresvertrag angemietet. Nach Auszug wurde dann ein Container vom Vermieter bestellt, die Möbel des Herrn Oberreiter entsorgt und uns durch einen Rechtsanwalt aus Kufstein die Rechnung über 600,-€ zugestellt! Juristen nennen sowas Betrug. Erstellt ausserdem falsche Endabrechnungen. Versehentlich mal mit 880,-€ zuviel etc.
Ich kann nur sagen: Finger weg!
No company with a handshake, but with ass kick, for tenants!
We rented a furnished house from Mr Oberreiter with an annual contract. After moving out, a container was ordered by the landlord, the furniture of Mr. Oberreiter was disposed of and the bill was handed over to us by a lawyer from Kufstein for 600, - €! Lawyers call such a scam. Also creates incorrect final billing. Accidentally times with 880, - € too much etc.
I can only say: Stay away!
