Ich habe tagtäglich mit Partnern und Kundenberatern zu tun, aber ein derartiges Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Frau K. hat mich verachtet, dass ich nur wenig Vorwissen über Böden hatte, hat meine Fragen nicht beantwortet und mir schließlich schrill hinterhergelacht, als ich den Schauraum verlies.
The "advisor" in the shop, Ms. K., is not only incompetent, but also insulted in a strange way. I deal with partners and customer advisors on a daily basis, but I've never seen such behavior. Ms. K. despised me for having little prior knowledge about floors, didn't answer my questions and finally laughed shrilly after me when I left the showroom.
