Very cool company. Especially the boss's son is very friendly. However, Ehr eats orihatza. Still, everything is wonderful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a job interview.. They were like making fun of me.. I asked myself " what am I really doing here?".. I tried to dismiss the gimmicks made between the dutch recruiter and R&D head about my answers to questions, telling myself it's nothing..
Later I realized my instinct was true . So they make you travel long distance for an interview ( without compensation) only to make fun of and humiliate you.. They don't even have the courtesy of sending you a feed back email, not until you write them after 4 months.. really terrible
Moreover, their working Laboratory environment isn't condusive for a seasoned scientist ( U have worked in various labs in Europe, but this is the worst I have ever seen). Excessive heat generation with no plan of control..
