Das gewünschte Symbol habe ich nicht auf der Website gefunden und deshalb per Whatsapp nachgefragt, ob auch individuelle Symbole graviert werden können(- ja ist möglich). Daraufhin habe ich ein selbstgezeichnetes Symbol in den Chat geschickt.
Bereits am nächsten Tag wurde ein Bild vom fertigen Schmuckstück gesendet und nachgefragt, ob es so passt bzw. meinen Vorstellungen entspricht, was ich wirklich extrem toll fand. Unglaublicher Service! Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I was looking for a company that could engrave a symbol on a piece of jewelry and came across Ceilora through Google.
I didn't find the symbol I wanted on the website and therefore asked via WhatsApp whether individual symbols can also be engraved (- yes, it is possible). Then I sent a self-drawn symbol to the chat.
The very next day a picture of the finished piece of jewelery was sent and asked whether it would fit or correspond to my ideas, which I really thought was extremely great. Incredible service! I'm very satisfied.
