★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend this place. The manager is not professional and highly offensive towards women. We booked a van in advance and agreed on picking the car up at 8am. The shop manager arrived late and then it appeared as though they didn't count on the reservation. They found an available vehicle and said it would be there in 10-15min. We waited for 45min and when the car arrived it was dirty, in a bad condition and wouldn't start. Some of the employees worked on fixing the battery, and after some more waiting they placed a new battery in the car and we could go. At this point, we had waited for 90min. On the road we realized we got the car with an almost empty tank and refilled it to the maximum at the nearest petrol station. When returning the car, we expected a refund for the fuel and a discount for the inconvenience the morning after. Rather opposite, we got a line of offenses directed at women and explanations showing how the service we got was better than no service at all, a broken car etc. In the end we didn't get a proper refund and had to waste time going back and forth to the office to sort everything out. A place to avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Vespa, great friendly service, everything fast and easy, best prices in Vienna. Even managed to mess up and scratch a bike, but got all my deposit back and didn't get charged extra. Never met such a friendly service before. Definitely will rent again and suggest others aswell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can’t trust this guys, especially the owner. They passed tickets on my name and now I receive tickets in my home country. The traffic violation was made on the dates I wasn’t even in the country and with cars I didn’t rent. Shame on you car4cash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is central but the fleet is outdated. We got an old piece of car that had defects. Also the girl at the counter had a negative attitude and was unfriendly. Be aware that there is limited mileage and you have to pay extra for each km, which can make the ride very costly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff unfriendly. The scooter (Vespa sport 125) was OK, but old. We were charged additional 12eu for a day insurance without asking us. No insurance papers was provided. The owner didn't respond to our claims. Looks like a scam to me. They also demanded higher deposit as what was said to us prior to arriving. Would not recommend.

Today they have contacted me to tell me that I have a parking fine from when I rented the car.
I said to them that I am not aware of any fine received, but I will pay it if it is true.
And told them they have poor customer service, because the girl in the shop that made the papers, told me I can park the car in the evening near their shop and leave it there until the morning...and that is the time when they say I got the ticket.
The guy got angry and started to curse me... take a look.
So be aware of these low life guys, you will have problems with them!
