★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geschmackvoll gestaltetes Appatrment mit tollen Freizeitmöglichheiten. Loipe, Wanderwege vor dem Haus. Therme fußläufig erreichbar. Nicht weit zum Schigebiet Tauplitz.
 Tastefully designed apartment with great leisure facilities. Cross-country ski run, hiking trails in front of the house. Therme within walking distance. Not far from the Tauplitz ski area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gute und angenehme Unterkunft, die mit allen erdenklichen und notwenigen Ausstattungsgegenständen punkten kann. Sehr schönes Grundstück, wo man sich auch seinen Lieblingsplatz aussuchen kann. Extrawünsche werden auch erfüllt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis würde ich als sehr gut einstufen.
Beide Apartments habe ich jeweils im Sommer sowie im Winter bewohnt, wobei es geringe Unterschiede gibt. Die Badezimmer sind schön und modern ausgetattet. Die Küche ist komplett (incl. Spülmaschine)
Das obere Apartment finde ich etwas gemütlicher. Das Untere hat zusätzlich ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett, was dann für Familien mit Kindern vorteilhafter ist.
Mit Auto ist die Lage genial. Reist man mit der Bahn an, ist der Weg zum Skibus ein klein wenig anstrengend, da man nur einen Bus am Morgen nehmen kann. Steht man etwas später auf, muss man ca. 15 Minuten bis zur Ortsmitte Bad Mitterndorf laufen. Mit Skiern und Skischuhen wäre es dann mehr als anstrengend.
Highlights sind hier der Bach direkt neben dem Haus (gekühltes ? im eiskalten Wasser) mit einer Sitzbank zum Verweilen, der wunderschöne Garten, der unverbaute Blick auf die wunderschöne Bergwelt, sehr ruhig gelegen.
Ausflugsziele sind umfangreich vorhanden und das Skigebiet ist auch sehr gut.
Very good and pleasant accommodation, which scores with all imaginable and necessary equipment. Very nice property, where you can choose your favorite spot. Extra wishes are also fulfilled. I would classify it as very good value for money.
I lived in both apartments in summer and in winter, although there are minor differences. The bathrooms are beautiful and modern equipped. The kitchen is complete (incl. dishwasher)
I find the upper apartment a bit more comfortable. The lower floor also has a small children's room with a bunk bed, which is more advantageous for families with children.
The location is great if you have a car. If you travel by train, the way to the ski bus is a bit strenuous, as you can only take one bus in the morning. If you get up a little later, you have to walk about 15 minutes to the center of Bad Mitterndorf. With skis and ski boots it would be more than exhausting.
Highlights here are the stream right next to the house (cooled ? in the ice-cold water) with a bench to relax, the beautiful garden, the unobstructed view of the beautiful mountains, very quiet.
Excursion destinations are extensive and the ski area is also very good.
