★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lift broke down 3 days ago, not sure if there is hope. Lights in part of the living room do not work. Light in the toilet on the corridor didn't work either, but Schladming Apartments have fixed that after our report.
Thermostats barely work. Floor heating warped the wooden floor in one of the rooms.
Cooker hood is covered in thick layer of greese, and oven is leaking heat so much that the plastic knobs nearly melt.
No recycling bins in front of the building or in the kitchen. They say we can take glass and paper to Altstoffsammelzentrum.
On the upside, penthouse is spacious and has a great view. Bed linen and bathroom are clean.
