Het hotel zelf ik ook geweldig, een mooi uitzicht op de piste en een geweldige service. Ik heb altijd genoten om hier te komen en zal zeker altijd weer terug komen! The food in the restaurant is tasty and the people are also very nice here. The hotel itself I also great, a nice view of the slopes and a great service. I have always enjoyed coming here and will definitely always come back!
N	Nils Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles modernes Hotel und Trotzdem eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche in unserem Apartment war gut ausgestattet und der Spa Bereich sehr schön und erholsam. Die Tauern Card, die uns zu unserem Besuch gegeben wurde hat uns viele Ausflüge vergünstigt oder gar den Eintritt erspart. Great modern hotel and still a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen in our apartment was well equipped and the spa area was very nice and relaxing. The Tauern Card, which we were given for our visit, made many trips cheaper or even saved us entry.

Ich kann aufgrund einer kurz vorher erfolgten Coronainfektion eines Kindes (doppelt geimpft) nicht anreisen. JA, ich habe einen Vertrag mit booking.com JA, das Hotel hat einen Vertrag mit booking.com Aber: JA, das Hotel besteht auf den Vertrag ohne Rücksicht auf die Gesundheit Ihrer Gäste! Ich könne ja trotzdem anreisen musste ich mir von der Geschäftsführung anhören. Also soll ich Ihnen CORONA gleich mitbringen ins Hotel? JA, booking.com hat mit dem Hotel für mich telefoniert. Das Hotel besteht auf den Vertrag. Fazit: Das Hotel macht mit uns noch Gewinn, da wir nicht da sind, auch weniger Kosten für sie anfallen. Ich kann es nicht erzwingen, aber ein wenig Nachsicht (z.B. Wir kommen Ihnen entgegen, wenn sie und ein anderes Mal besuchen.) war nicht mal ansatzweise erkennbar. Empfehlung: +++ SOFORT STORNIEREN, wenn ihr den geringsten Zweifel habt und denen nicht tausende EUR in den Hals werfen wollt +++ +++ URGENT +++ cancel your booking IMMEDIATELY !!! If you have even the slightest doubt about the feasibility of your holiday trip, CANCEL immediately! I cannot travel due to a child being infected with corona shortly before (double vaccinated). YES, I have a contract with booking.com YES, the hotel has a contract with booking.com But: YES, the hotel insists on the contract regardless of the health of your guests! I could still come I had to listen to the management. So should I bring CORONA with me to the hotel right away? YES, booking.com called the hotel for me. The hotel insists on the contract. Conclusion: The hotel still makes a profit with us since we are not there, and they incur fewer costs. I can't force it, but a little leniency (e.g. We'll accommodate you if you visit us another time.) wasn't even remotely evident. Recommendation: +++ CANCEL IMMEDIATELY if you have the slightest doubt and don't want to throw thousands of EUR down their throats +++
f	finn sagich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren hier eine Woche mit der Familie. Es war sehr schön und wir werden wieder kommen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Der einzige markel ist das der Pool zu allen Tageszeiten völlig überfüllt ist und es dort sehr sehr laut war. Aber ansonsten war alles super We stayed here for a week with family. It was very nice and we will come again. Everything is very well maintained and well furnished. The only mark is that the pool is completely overcrowded at all times of the day and it was very very noisy in there. But otherwise everything was great

S	Sabrina S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is newly build and therefore super clean and stylish. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, there are still some organizational issues. Vegan food was not available although it was requested two weeks prior. It was promised throughout the stay and never arrived. The menu was limited and they kept saying that the menu would be available tomorrow, but it never was. The booking process for breakfast was not clear and misunderstandings kept coming up. We unfortunately got the apartment under the fitnessroom, meaning we could hear the drumming treadmill and the weights thrown on the floor from eight in the morning until eight in the evening. In general we arrived out of season and all restaurants and lifts outside of the hotel were closed. If you plan your trip, don‘t go out of season. There is not much to do besides hiking (beautiful nature!) and „enjoying“ the apartment (and the treadmill sounds). I give three stars for the potential as I hope that communication and organisation will improve with time and learning. It’s a new hotel and may be they did not find their flow yet. But I was honestly considering going back home earlier. :(
