There is always some topic, some useful tip/ lesson that you could bring along with you. They just make you think about yourself, development and „handling situations"... Also individual coaching is a special lesson, direct, clear, supportive, guided, ... I had opportunity to work with two Coaches from the Team, both great and unique on their own way.
